Digital Delivery

KACPER LLC sells digital fitness products, including PDF eBooks and digital memberships. No physical products are shipped. Physical shipping charges and courier tracking do not apply to these products.

Your Digital Purchase

Please review the product description for the format, included content and any membership access period before ordering. Digital content is provided electronically rather than by post.

Email and Access Details

Please provide an accurate email address at checkout and check your inbox and spam or junk folder for order and access-related messages. For PDF purchases, you will need a compatible PDF reader. For content accessed through an external service, follow the access instructions supplied with your purchase.

Membership Access

The membership duration and included content are described on the relevant product page. Refer to those details when choosing your membership.

Help with Delivery or Access

If you have not received access instructions, cannot open a file or have a problem with an access link, please email thi.nguyen.thi.thanh@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send your password or full payment card details.
